Cancelled: Warm up to Chill on the Hill, Tuesday, May 26th, 6 pm

By Bay View Neighborhood Association
Thursday, May 21 2009, 11:51 AM

Due to the cold and rainy weather conditions, the local school groups have opted to cancel their performance tonight at Humboldt Park.  We are sad we won't get to see these wonderfully talented kids, but understand that rain and cold can ruin those instruments!

However, you will be able to see the Band of South Shore Drum Line next week Tuesday, June 2, as the Opening Act for Paul Cebar!  Meet us on the Hill at 6pm for this fine show and the Opening Night of Chill on the Hill!

Also next week, you'll be able to get your dinner, drinks, and dessert on the Hill!  No picnic basket?  No problem!  Hector's, Babe's and the Milwaukee County Concessions will be there to fill your belly.

And to fill the belly of others, make sure to bring your non-perishable food items for our Neighbors Helping Neighbors program to benefit local food pantries.

Thanks, and see you next week for Paul Cebar!
